1. Description:
    The basis of PVC coated overlay is PVC.  There are two types of coated overlay, laminated film and no-laminated film.  All small laminators use laminated film.  On the base of no-laminated film, overlay with a layer of thermal glue on the surface, thus PVC printing sheet can stick fast with the core sheet. It’s essential function is to be covered on PVC cards from top to bottom. With the help of heating and  pressure from laminator, overlay and core will strongly stick to each other, and form a very bright surface on the card.  Reinforce the PVC white card with laminating adhesion.  Coated overlay has its front and back, avoid reverse placement when using it.

5. Fabrication process
(1)Align the printed core sheet with the coated overlay in laminator(surface with glue face inward).
(2)Press time:10-15minutes/pressure:6-8Mpa/temperature:120-140℃
(3)Take it out and punch it

Notice:Under the premise of not causing damage of the device, higher press temperature and the pressure, is better.
